As part of the mission of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Parramatta, the Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Manager is accountable for management of all of the requirements for all current accreditation bodies for the CEDP RTO.

More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Manage all compliance responsibilities in regard to the standards and other Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) requirements for the RTO, teacher accreditation, school-based apprenticeships and traineeships and CEDP system requirements.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Apply specialist knowledge and expertise in working as a member of multi-disciplinary teams to build capacity and sustainability within our system of schools.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Apply specialist knowledge and expertise in working with VET teams to build capacity and sustainability within the RTO.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Manage, in collaboration with Catholic Trade Training Centre leaders, curriculum design, resourcing, delivery and monitoring of system delivered trade courses</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborate and model to identify, build upon, share and transfer innovative learning frameworks and practices.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CEPD along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Previous demonstrated experience of VET in schools and leading teacher teams</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
