<p><b>Position Details</b></p><ul><li>Full Time Fixed term Contract for 2022</li><li>30 Hours Per Week</li><li>Commencing: 15 January 2022</li><li>Applications close: 5pm, Tuesday 5 October 2021</li></ul><p><b>Purpose of the Role</b></p><p>The role of the Head of Department - Diversity is to support the mission of the school through leadership of the Diversity Department. This involves developing appropriate strategic directions in line with national, state and local requirements; ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels; ensuring the quality of student learning and the effectiveness of teacher practice through appropriate supervision.
