The Director of Students shares responsibility for enlivening the Catholic Marist philosophy of the College through leadership that is aligned with the College’s Catholic ethos, Marist Spirituality and Vision for Learning.<br /></p><p>The Director of Students is a member of the College School Improvement Team. This position is a College-wide role and will be expected to develop a team approach to all learning and wellbeing tasks. They support the Pastoral Care Team in facilitating the effective social, emotional, spiritual and academic growth of students at Marcellin College. In collaboration with the House Leaders, they facilitate effective learning by creating opportunities for students to be creative, connected and engaged learners, with a growth mindset and resilient character<br /></p><p>The Director of Students is expected to support the vision and goals of the College as a learning community and to be involved in professional development and ongoing learning.
