Applicants need to be committed to delivering outstanding classroom practice.</p><p>Maternity leave commencing (7 February 2022)Term 1 2022 until end of Term 4 2022.</p><p>Essential Criteria:</p><ul><li>Preference to the ability to teach all components of Year 7 - 12 TAS including Stage 5 Textiles Technology and Stage 4 Technology Mandatory</li><li>Commitment to Catholic Education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students.<br /></li><li>Commitment to developing the pursuit of academic excellence in students and staff.</li><li>Capable of empowering students to be independent learners, critical and creative thinkers.</li><li>High order interpersonal skills, conducive to collaboration which promotes a shared commitment to the strategic directions of the College.</li><li>Well-developed strategic, change management, organisational and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and set priorities and responsibilities aligned to the needs of the College.</li><li>Excellent presentation and ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff.</li><li>Ability to lead the analysis of data to inform more effective learning and teaching practices.</li><li>Ability to facilitate dynamic and collaborative learning experiences for students and staff.</li><li>Exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective pedagogies.</li></ul>
