<p>A Kildare Education Ministries Catholic School for Girls in the Brigidine Tradition </p><p>Applications are invited from highly skilled and passionate educational leaders for this significant role at Kilbreda College. <br /></p><p>In consultation with the Assistant Principal: Learning and Teaching and other members of the Leadership Team, the Senior Pathways Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the range of senior pathways for students in Years 10, 11 and 12, including the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs.</p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate:<br /></p><ul><li>a strong commitment to the Catholic Identity of the school</li><li>highly effective teaching skills </li><li>capacity for proactive educational leadership and highly developed skills in leading and managing continuous improvement in learning and teaching</li><li>comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the policies and requirements associated with the VCE, VCAL and VET programs</li><li>experience in the use of data to inform and enhance teacher practice and student learning outcomes </li><li>capacity to uphold high expectations of staff and students that promote excellence, innovation and continuous improvement</li><li>a strong commitment to their ongoing professional learning </li><li>a commitment to the concept of a learning community and an ability to work collaboratively with all members of the community to enhance learning and teaching</li><li>highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including a demonstrated ability to develop and support effective teams</li></ul><div>Please refer to the College website for further information <a href="http://www.kilbreda.vic.edu.au" rel="nofollow">www.kilbreda.vic.edu.au</a> </div><div><br /></div><p>The Kilbreda College community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
