Luther College seeks the services of an experienced Administration Assistant to support the College’s Facilities team performing administrative duties in a fixed term, full time capacity commencing in Term 4, 2021 (Monday 4 October 2021). This is a 3 year fixed term contract with view to extension conditional to the operational needs of the College.

At Luther we believe in providing our students with learning that really matters to them and to their future. </div><div><br /></div><div>Luther College seeks the services of an experienced Administration Assistant to support the College’s Facilities team performing administrative duties in a fixed term, full time capacity commencing in Term 4, 2021 (Monday 4 October 2021). This is a 3 year fixed term contract with view to extension conditional to the operational needs of the College.<br /></div><div>The successful candidate will take direction from the Facilities Manager be responsible for supporting the Grounds and Maintenance team, triaging maintenance requests, managing deliveries and phone calls, assisting with contractor management, invoicing, purchase orders and procurement.
