Our aim is to develop a vibrant learning environment focusing on the skills that our young people need to be able to make a contribution to today’s society, and inspire their hearts and minds to know Christ, to love learning and use their talents to be the very best they can be. </p><p><b>The Role </b></p><p>The Director of Wellbeing role is a new permanent full-time position based at St Peters Catholic College, Tuggerah. </p><p>The Director of Wellbeing works collaboratively with all staff to ensure the provision of wellbeing for learning services and programs for all students. This role applies the continuous improvement cycle to ensure consistent review, innovation, evaluation and implementation in the delivery of student wellbeing for learning services. </p><p>The role will ensure that the educational aims of the College in wellbeing and personal growth are achieved and all development and delivery of wellbeing for learning services will be underpinned by the school values of Commitment, Compassion and Courage. St Peter’s is a school where the sacred dignity of each person is recognised, respected and fostered. The College takes an integrated and collaborative approach to strengthening a safe and respectful school community. </p><p>Leading with Commitment, Compassion and Courage, this role is influential in shaping a collaborative culture of continuous improvement.
