Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced professional to help build the data and integration capability in our system of schools. You will support the management and reporting of information to improve teaching, learning and decision making by providing quality data connectivity and insights.

<p><b>What we can offer: </b></p><ul><li>Total remuneration package of $89,600 per annum. </li><li>Permanent full-time position. </li><li>Located at CEDWW head office in Wagga Wagga’s CBD. </li></ul><p><b>Your new role: </b></p><p>The Information Services Specialist is primarily responsible for the development of information system integration, management of data and supporting the access to information for educators and decision makers. Critical to teachers and education leaders, this role will lead the development of learning insights to highlight student learning, engagement and wellbeing. </p><p>The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: </p><ul><li>Creating ETL processes to move data into and out of operational systems such as the Finance Management System (FMS) and Student Information System (SIS); </li><li>Building and maintaining reports to generate actionable insights that support educators, school leaders, operational teams and strategic decisions; </li><li>Designing and maintaining data structures and relationships in the data warehouse; </li><li>Designing, implementing and maintaining integration services between operational systems. </li><li>Assist with the formation of a data governance framework; and </li><li>Working with stakeholders to document business requirements for system and data integration. </li></ul><p><b>About the Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW): </b></p><p>CEDWW comprises 30 schools – 25 primary and 5 secondary. Boarding facilities can be accessed by 3 of our secondary schools. The Diocese is located within Wiradjuri country in the Riverina and south western district of New South Wales.
