<p>This is a full time / permanent position to commence in Term 1 2022.<br /><br />To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:<br />•    Appropriate teaching and librarianship qualifications and accreditation in NSW <br />•    Relevant previous leadership experience<br />•    Have or be eligible for membership of ALIA<br />•    Comprehensive knowledge of the NSW Curriculum and its recent developments<br />•    Evidence of high level student outcomes up to and including the HSC<br />•    A high standard of competency, proficiency and innovation as a Teacher Librarian<br />•    Working knowledge of the Oliver Library System, Ebsco and Gale information databases<br />•    Commitment and high level skills in digital literacy and research <br />•    Experience working in a K-12 Library <br />•    Ability to be a collaborative team player driven to achieve the best outcomes for the school community<br />•    The capacity to cater for different learning needs<br />•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br />•    Good administrative skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability<br />•    A commitment to the strategic direction and ethos of the school <br /><br />Interested applicants should familiarise themselves with the School’s Strategic Plan ‘Striving for Excellence’, available on our website at www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au.
