These classroom teaching positions are full-time and fixed-term, commencing on Friday January 27th, 2023 and concluding on Sunday January 28th, 2024.</b></div><div><b><br /></b></div><div><b>These fixed-term positions are for 2023 with a possibility of further employment.</b></div><div><b><br /></b>These successful applicants will have;</div><p> </p><ul><li>a strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of Catholic schools</li><li>the appropriate qualifications, skills and abilities necessary to provide students with rich and rewarding educational experiences, catering for individual needs in a supportive, open learning environment<br /></li><li>experience or interest in evidence-informed learning and teaching with the ability to deliver the learning content with passion</li><li>the ability to work and plan collaboratively as part of a team, sharing the responsibility for improving student outcomes</li><li>efficient and effective classroom behaviour management strategies</li><li>strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships </li><li>a commitment to adopting the school&#39;s vision for evidence-informed practices, inclusive of the Science of Reading, designing a knowledge-based curriculum and an Explicit Direct Instruction pedagogical approach, and a willingness to undertake ongoing professional development in these areas.</li></ul><p>St Mary&#39;s School promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.
