Excellent communication skills, a strong academic background and the ability to integrate technology appropriately into classroom practice are essential.<br /></p><p>The successful applicant will have an understanding of the education of girls, a commitment to encouraging each student to reach her level of academic achievement and the flexibility to incorporate a wide range of pedagogies.
