Summary of Teacher Key Responsibilities and Duties Teacher responsibilities: - Plan and implement educational activities and lessons, while differentiating to the varying abilities in the class, and incorporating a Christian Worldview; - Supervise classes in a respectful manner, ensuring that all students are able to learn in a safe and productive environment; - Ensure that the classroom is kept clean and tidy; and - Foster and develop positive relationships with students and their caregivers. Undertaking any other tasks or responsibilities consistent with the role or the grade classification, as directed by the Principal.

<p><b>Scope and Nature of the Position </b></p><p>We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic teacher of Mathematics and Science across the Middle and Secondary College. The College is seeking an educator who is confident in teaching, at a SACE level, either one or a combination of the following Science areas: Chemistry, Physics or Biology. The role will include teaching Senior Mathematics at Stage 1 and Stage 2. There are also opportunities for the successful applicant to teach Mathematics within the Middle School. </p><p> The successful applicant will be a kind, friendly and encouraging person who will actively build up the Leadership team at MNCC, actively engage with the wider community and be someone who will be generous with their time and energies. The successful applicant will be responsible to the Head of Secondary (Year 7-12) and work with the Curriculum Coordinator to develop the learning area. </p>
