There is a comprehensive overview and film of the pre-school on our website <a href="http://www.gleninnespreschool.com.au" rel="nofollow">www.gleninnespreschool.com.au</a></div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div>The successful applicant will be required to work 5 days per week (38 hours), with 12 weeks holiday per year, at the Glen Innes Pre-school and the Emmaville Mobile Service.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><u>The application letter</u> must address the following criteria and a description of experience and/or an outline of how the applicant intends to meet these criteria needs to be included. </div><div><br /></div><div>                                            <b><u>Essential Criteria</u></b></div><div><b><u><br /></u></b></div><div>• <u>Qualifications</u>: The <u>minimum</u> qualification for this position is a Diploma of Teaching/Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). Higher qualifications are preferred.</div><div> </div><div>• Applicants <u>mus</u>t have current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and Child Protection training and be registered for Teacher Accreditation in NSW through NESA and have a current Working with Children check.</div><div> </div><div>• This position includes the role of the <u>Nominated Supervisor</u> and <u>Educational</u> <u>Leader</u>- a willingness to accept this role and a demonstration of skills necessary to be able to perform in this role is required. </div><div><br /></div><div><u>Knowledge</u>:</div><div>• Of The <u>National Quality Standards</u> under the National Law and Regulations is required and how these are reflected in the continued development of the Quality Improvement Plan. Relevant knowledge needs to be demonstrated of your understanding of the seven Quality areas and </div><div>how to implement the <u>Early Years Learning Framework</u> into the curriculum and in the policies and procedures of the Pre-school.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><u>Communication</u>:</div><div>• Outline your previous experience in professional and verbal written communications that would contribute to the growth and development of a productive and harmonious relationship with your team , professionals, families and committee. </div><div><br /></div><div><u>References</u>:  </div><div>• A minimum of 2 phone referees, relating to the applicant’s experience in Early Childhood Education. Ideally, one of which is your current Supervisor/Manager or Director.</div><div><b><u><br /></u></b></div><div>                                            <b><u>Desirable Criteria</u></b>  </div><div><br /></div><div><u>Experience</u>: </div><div>• Your workplace experiences in a Education and Care setting with children 3-6 (pre-school or mobile preferred). At least 2 years experience is desired.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><u>Leadership</u>: </div><div>• Some demonstration of relevant , practical and leadership skills in the management of a group of staff and of an Early Childhood service.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div>This position starts at the beginning of the school year in Term 1, 2022. A comprehensive handover manual and training period will be given to the successful candidate. The salary range, based on qualifications and experience is between $72,492.63 and $96,187.57 per annum.
