The successful applicant will be appropriately qualified and ready to work within a professional and cohesive team. This is a permanent, full time position. </p><p>Thomas Hassall Anglican College is dedicated to maintaining a child safe environment and is committed to the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children. </p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria/Essential Criteria</b> - the successful applicant for the above position must be able to provide evidence to support the following criteria: </p><p>• Appropriate teaching qualifications in &amp; accreditation in NSW </p><p>• Evidence of innovative classroom practices </p><p>• A high standard of competency and expertise as a classroom teacher </p><p>• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the integration of technology in the delivery of learning </p><p>• Demonstrate an understanding of how students learn through effective classroom teaching strategies and the capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning </p><p>• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis and problem-solving skills </p><p>• Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team </p><p>• Strong personal Christian faith and be a regular and practising member of a Bible based Christian Church </p><p><b>Qualifications </b></p><p>• Secondary teaching qualifications in Mathematics.
