</div><div><br /></div><div><b>The Role</b></div><ul><li>Providing over-the-phone and email customer service support to our organisations, schools and teachers
</li><li>Identifying potential product improvement from customer feedback
</li><li>Accurately maintaining our client databases</li><li>Initially 2 days per week with the possibility of a future increase in hours.</li></ul><div><b>You will need to have:</b></div><div>
</div><ul><li>A proven track record of success in customer service</li><li>Competent, working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills
</li><li>A warm and confident phone manner</li><li>A 'can do' attitude
</li><li>A philosophy of respect and helpfulness toward customers and coworkers</li></ul><div>
