<p>Sacré Coeur is seeking an experienced, innovative and passionate school leader for the role of Deputy Principal and Director of Staff (P-12). This is a key position in the School Leadership Team to commence in Term 1, 2022. The position has become available through a realignment of the School Leadership Team structure.</p><p>We have a focus on continuous improvement and this role is strategic, operational and collegial, and is responsible for ensuring the Sacred Heart charism and Sacré Coeur Mission Statement are embedded into all aspects of school life.<br /></p><p>The Deputy Principal and Director of Staff (P-12) will assist the Principal in leading the School to ensure high quality outcomes for all students and staff, and will support the Principal in providing both strategic and operational leadership of the School. Working with the other members of the School Leadership Team, they will liaise closely to set goals, implement initiatives and evaluate program delivery and content.<br /></p><p>The Deputy Principal and Director of Staff (P-12) has key responsibility for building and promoting a strong performance and development culture, influencing and empowering staff to embrace continuous improvement through a professional learning culture. <br /></p>
