<p>Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) has an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional to join our busy People &amp; Culture Team based in our Wagga Wagga office. </p><p><b>What we can offer: </b></p><ul><li>Total remuneration package of $68,642.00 per annum. </li><li>Permanent full-time role. </li><li>Located at head office in Wagga Wagga’s CBD. </li></ul><p><b>Your new role: </b></p><p>The Payroll/People &amp; Culture Officer provides support to CEDWW head office, diocesan employees and the CEDWW system of schools across a range of payroll and human resource information services and functions. </p><p>The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: </p><ul><li>Processing of pay on a fortnightly basis for an assigned number of schools; </li><li>Responsible for first ‘call’ resolution of Payroll enquiries, for example; change of address, password resets, address updates etc; </li><li>Generating contracts of employment for all new and existing school-based staff (office-based staff as required); and </li><li>Providing advice on and relevant correspondence regarding employee entitlements including processings of extended leave periods (parental leave and leave without pay), flexible work agreements, and statements of service. </li></ul><p><b>About the Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW): </b></p><p>CEDWW comprises 30 schools – 25 primary and 5 secondary. Boarding facilities can be accessed by 3 of our secondary schools. The Diocese is located within Wiradjuri country in the Riverina and south western district of New South Wales.
