<p>Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) operates almost 300 Catholic primary, secondary and special schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne, and provides a range of services to a further 41 Catholic schools in the Archdiocese with different governance arrangements.</p> <p>More than 550 staff work at the MACS head office in East Melbourne and four regional offices. These staff oversee and support Catholic schools in the Archdiocese. The work of these staff encompasses areas as diverse as Curriculum, Religious Education, Finance, Information and Communications Technology, Marketing and Communications, Leadership, Student Wellbeing, Legal, Planning and Industrial Relations. MACS is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> Suitably qualified applicants are invited to apply for this full-time, ongoing role of Administrative Assistant within our Employee Relations team, based at our Head Office in East Melbourne. Reporting to the General Manager, Employee Relations, this position provides professional executive support, office management and reception services to the Employee Relations team.<br> <br> Salary for this position is in the range of $74,333 - $79,688 per annum in line with CEO Administration Employee Grade 3, Subdivision 2 - Grade 3, Subdivision 5 as per the <a href="https://www.cecv.catholic.edu.au/Media-Files/IR/EB/VCEMEA-2018/VCEMEA-2018-(1).aspx">Victoria Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement (VCEMEA) 2018</a>. Superannuation contribution in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee Legislation is in addition to this salary payment.<br> <br> <strong>ABOUT YOU</strong><br> <br> The successful applicant will have previous experience working in an administrative and/or Personal Assistant role with the ability to provide timely, high level, professional support to the Employee Relations team. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
