Working in conjunction with the College Leadership Team, the Administration Operations Manager will be accountable for providing executive support to the Principal of St Andrews College.

Working in conjunction with the College Leadership Team, the Administration Operations Manager will be accountable for providing executive support to the Principal of St Andrews College. More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Oversee the development of the College enrolment package, including enrolment application forms and prospectuses, and ensure they are current and up to date</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Review weekly Agenda and complete “minutes” for College Leadership Team Meetings and Planning Days</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Manage the Administration Staff on both of the school campuses, as well as daily administration and monitor casual staff employment</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Liaise with CEDP regarding employment of staff, eligibility and awards.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assist Principal and Assistant Principals in managing staff allocation to ensure that it is within the CEDP annual staffing requirements</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Liaise with the Principal and College Leadership Team in relation to major college events and operations</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Resolve operational problems for staff, coordinate work within the administration school office and monitor work quality of those supervised</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Compile with reasonable instructions the policies and procedures of the school’s Work Health and Safety</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Initiate and handle correspondence, which may include confidential correspondence on behalf of the Principal</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Work collaboratively and collegially with all staff on ensuring a safe and supportive working environment</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Provide assistance to Assistant Principal’s with correspondence to the College community</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Advanced understanding of EDVAL and Timetabler (College Administration Software), as well as software suites such as Schoolzine&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Knowledge of staffing and staff relief allocations</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Proficient in the Google Suite and Database construction and operation</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Advanced competency in using Compass, CEDP Systems and the Adobe suite</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as a team member</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Well developed communication skills and a commitment to quality organisational planning ensuring effective management of daily processes</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Compliance with or willing to obtain NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check Clearance</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
