St Paul Lutheran School is passionate about the Performing Arts. Performing Arts at St Paul encompasses Music, Dance and Drama and a wide array of performance and ensemble opportunities. The successful applicant will join our team for the 2022 school year and must be currently registered as a teacher in South Australia, or have the ability to gain registration.
<p>St Paul Lutheran School is seeking a talented, creative and vibrant Performing Arts teacher to join our staff for the 2022 school year. This position is offered as a 0.8 FTE (four days per week, Tues-Fri) one year contract, from Term 1 2022. The applicant must be willing to work within the mission, vision and values of St Paul Lutheran School, in particular sharing an understanding of the Lutheran ethos of the school.</p><p>Applicants must have a strong desire to improve their practice through self-reflection, coaching, action research and a wide range of professional development experiences.</p><p><b>Key Criteria: The successful candidate will have the ability to...</b></p> <ul><li>Deliver an integrated curriculum in the areas of Music, Drama, and Dance</li><li>Lead ensemble music programs, including during worship</li><li>Coordinate and lead school choirs </li><li>Develop and conduct performance opportunities and events (Wakakirri, school concert etc.)</li><li>Employ pedagogical approaches to arts practices that reflect contemporary knowledge, understanding and skills</li></ul><p>More information about the role can be found at <a href="http://www.stpaulba.sa.edu.au/contact-us/employment/" rel="nofollow">http://www.stpaulba.sa.edu.au/contact-us/employment/</a>.
