<p>Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) governs 56 parish schools across Western Victoria. As the administrative arm of DOBCEL, Catholic Education Ballarat (CEB) provides support and leadership to schools within the Ballarat Diocese. CEB engages with schools to promote Catholic identity, deliver quality learning, enable effective stewardship, and nurture respectful relationships. </p><p>St Mary’s Primary School Donald is situated in north central Victoria on the Sunraysia Highway. Since opening in 1885, the school has a proud tradition of Catholic education and provides a welcoming, inclusive and safe learning environment for local young people. Today the school has 36 students who are supported by a team of 7 dedicated staff committed to meeting individual academic, spiritual, social and physical needs. The teaching practices are aligned to a Christ-centred learning and teaching curriculum which also celebrates indigenous and diverse cultures. </p><p>We are seeking a collaborative and visionary educational leader to model faith in action, inspire the school community, and enact a shared vision focused on excellence in education.
