<p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> <br> The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting MACS staff throughout the entire employee life cycle, coaching organisation leaders in effective people practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, industrial agreements and policies. This position will also support management in structural reviews, applying contemporary practices in organisational design to develop resourcing plans in support of business requirements. Salary for this position will be from $120,000 per annum, commensurate with the requisite skills and experience. Superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee legislation is provided in addition to this salary payment.<br> <br> As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, this role presents strong professional development opportunities, and invites contributions to the continuous improvement of HR processes.<br> <br> <strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL</strong><br> <br> The Senior Human Resources Business Partner must have proven, successful HR generalist experience. They must be able to seamlessly transition between matters, maintain high-level confidentiality and provide strong support to MACS staff on employee matters, particularly in periods of change. They will have a proven ability to contribute to organisational design and workforce planning strategies, with outstanding interpersonal and change management skills to enable the implementation of these strategies.<br> <br> The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check.
