The Administration Officer is accountable for providing high quality administrative support to the relevant service area or directorate.

We are always on the lookout for top talent to help us achieve our strategic goal of inspiring the future, through quality catholic schooling and by strengthening the professional lives of our employees.</p> <p dir="ltr">To ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders, People &amp; Culture at CEDP are looking for an enthusiastic Safety Administration Assistant to join the team on a fixed term contract until December 2021.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Reporting to the Work Health and Safety &amp; Return to work (WHS&amp;RTW) Manager, the focus of your role will be to support the delivery of safety and injury management services across the organisation and providing high quality administrative support. More specifically you will be:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Acting as a key department contact, answering and directing enquiries as they arise</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Maintaining accurate and accessible team data using available system tools</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collating team data into required documentation; reports, presentations, minutes, submissions, team communications etc.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Maintaining the service area or department space and physical assets</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordination of calendars, meetings and events</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">General administrative support as required</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Invoice processing <br><br></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CEDP along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience in Administration</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Strong verbal and written communication&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Sound knowledge of Workers Compensation Scheme/injury management</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
