<p><b>Learning Enrichment Officer (SSO) – Middle and Senior School</b><br />To commence as soon as possible<br />Various positions<br />Part time up to 30 hours per week – Term time only<br />Permanent and temporary positions available<br />Salary $62,573 pa FTE </p><p>Applications are invited from enthusiastic candidates for the role of Learning Enrichment Officer to work with Year 7 – Year 12 students. The role of the Learning Enrichment Officer is to assist in the support and inclusion of students with identified learning needs within the College. They will work under the guidance of teachers to provide support programs, to enable access to learning for students and to assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom. Work may be carried out either in the classroom or outside the main teaching area, such as the Flexible Learning Unit. </p><p>The successful applicant will: </p><p>• Work well within a team </p><p>• Have proficient IT, numeracy and literacy skills </p><p>• Have a genuine interest and empathy when interacting with children </p><p>• Have a current South Australian Working with Children Check for paid employment (or be willing to obtain before employment begins) </p><p>• Have a current Responding to Abuse and Neglect certificate (or be willing to obtain) </p><p>• Have first aid qualifications (or be willing to obtain) </p><p>• Certificate 3 in Education Support (desirable) </p><p>Applications, including a cover letter and resume (including contact details for two referees) should be submitted in PDF format via email by the12 July 2021.
