<p><b>Essential Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>A firm knowledge and commitment to the Church’s mission in Catholic Education and personal faith practice.</li><li>Religious Education qualifications according to the requirements of Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS).</li><li>Child protection screening compliance (WWCC - please provide number)</li><li>Evidence of registration to teach with NESA and Sydney Catholic Schools (please provide ID numbers).</li><li>An ability to design and implement rigorous and engaging learning programs, underpinned by effective EALD pedagogy to meet the diverse needs of students.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with staff to incorporate evidence based EALD pedagogy, feedback and student data into daily classroom practice.</li><li>Understanding and effective use of data to establish learning goals and provide feedback to students.</li><li>An ability to integrate ICT effectively and creatively to provide authentic learning opportunities within a contemporary learning environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to support and enhance student well-being.</li><li>Proven ability to build positive relationships across a diverse school community.</li><li>Strong commitment to professional learning and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills which build positive relationships with students, colleagues and the wider school community.</li></ul><p><b>Desirable Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>EALD Teacher with Post Graduate or Undergraduate qualifications in TESOL.</li><li>Instructional Coaching experience.</li></ul><p><br /></p>
