We have more than 100 specialist Autism classes&nbsp;hosted on the grounds of partnership schools in less specialised settings.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the role: </strong>Based from our national office in Frenchs Forest and reporting to the Executive Project Coordinator, this newly created role will&nbsp;provide clerical support and coordination of administration activities to efficiently and effectively support Aspect Education and Property.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Please see the full <a title="Position Profile" href="https://applynow.net.au/jobs/ASPECT1352/assets/15993083">position profile here.</a></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate meeting schedules for construction and acquisition projects</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support education office projects and those of other staff when required</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Accounts management liaison with Aspect Finance</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide regular capex and project finance reports to Director of Education and Head of Property</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Organise travel as and when required</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in event, conference and meeting coordination<br></span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills, experience and qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent interpersonal, communication (written &amp; oral) and time management skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience in providing high-level customer service</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute innovative thinking to improving efficiencies</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience providing administrative support</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Well organised with good attention to detail</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What we offer:</strong>&nbsp; A competitive package&nbsp;will be based on relevant qualifications and experience.
