<p>We are seeking to appoint two Educators for St Mary’s Outside School Hours Care. </p><p>At St Mary’s Outside School Hours Care we provide a leisure based program for school aged children. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting school aged children to grow and develop and are committed to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy and safe environment. </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b></p><p>• Work with the children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being. </p><p>• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment. </p><p>• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. </p><p>• Participate in professional and personal development. </p><p>• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with St Mary’s Community of learner’s expectations and educational philosophy. </p><p> <b> Job Requirements: </b></p><p>• Hold a current Ochre Card (Working with Children Card) </p><p>• Hold a Certificate 111 in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Certificate IV in Inclusion Support </p><p>• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment </p><p>• Effective workplace communication skills and teamwork </p><p><i>Catholic Education Northern Territory has standards of conduct for employees and volunteers to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
