The Daily Administration (Preston Absences) administrator supports the work of the Daily Administration Team, in terms of the development of the Daily Absences notice, First Aid and other administrative duties.

Your strengths would include the ability to multitask, communicate effectively and create strong professional relationships with academic and administrative staff members. <br /></p><p>As a member of the College Administration Team, the Daily Administration (Preston Absences) administrator supports the work of the Daily Administration Team, in terms of the development of the Daily Absences notice, First Aid and other administrative duties. This is a crucial role, ensuring the smooth operation of the Preston Campus teaching day by providing for replacement of absent staff, notifying appropriate room and scheduling changes, and appointing relief staff as required. </p><p>A commitment to child safety is essential, to be considered for this position with candidates currently possessing, or willingness to obtain, a Working with Children Check.  Candidates must have, or be willing to attain a First Aid Qualification (HLTAID003).</p><p>All Staff are expected to support and participate in the faith life of the College including commitment to the College Mission, ethos, and participate in ongoing professional development and learning. </p><p>This position is available for immediate start (or by negotiation) for Semester 2, 2021.
