Heritage buildings and landscaped grounds provide an attractive educational environment.</b></p><p>An exciting opportunity has become available for an <b>Audio Visual Technician</b> to join the College. Based in iAssist (Help Desk) this role provides support for Audio Visual and ICT to staff, students and the broader College community. A passion for customer service and a high level of attention to detail are essential skills required for this role.</p><p>This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a client facing role with the opportunity to build a personal brand and a reputation based on strong customer service.</p><p>Must have:</p><ul><li>A supportive and friendly approach towards customer service</li><li>A willingness to investigate and learn</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Able to work independently and manage tasks individually where required</li><li>Experience with Q-SYS, Crestron or similar AV automation systems</li><li>Knowledge of Audio Visual systems in an educational context</li></ul><p>This is a full time position based around a 35 hour week.
