<p>Summary of Key Responsibilities and Duties </p><p>Teacher responsibilities: </p><p>• Plan and implement educational activities and lessons, while differentiating to the varying abilities in the class, and incorporating a Christian Worldview; </p><p>• Supervise classes in a respectful manner, ensuring that all students are able to learn in a safe and productive environment; </p><p>• Ensure that the classroom is kept clean and tidy; and </p><p>• Foster and develop positive relationships with students and their caregivers. </p><p>Teacher requirements: </p><p>• Regular and active attendance at a Christian Church; </p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching; </p><p>• In-depth knowledge of the Australian curriculum and current teaching methods; </p><p>• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; and </p><p>• Well-organised team player with the ability to work independently. </p><p>Undertaking any other tasks or responsibilities consistent with the role or the grade classification, as directed by the Principal. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p>
