Seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Communications and Marketing Manager to join the Community Engagement Team on a permanent full-time basis.

<p>Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. We are proud to have passionate and dedicated staff who recognise the unique strengths and qualities of every Pymble girl. </p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>The Role </b></p><p>The College is seeking an experienced and proactive Communications and Marketing Manager to manage a complex and busy role within our Community Engagement team on a full-time basis. </p><p><i>Responsibilities of the position include: </i></p><ul><li>Management of all communications, marketing and advertising work that comes through our job ticketing system, with an emphasis on producing a high-quality result within tight deadlines. </li><li>Planning, research, writing and editing of communications for the College, including content related to weekly newsletters, marketing and public relations and general community communications. </li><li>Co-ordination of media placement, advertising schedules and content. </li><li>Research and development of promotional tools for the College. </li><li>Ensuring adherence to the College’s branding and images. </li><li>Ability to deliver on a range of projects within College strategic plans, with some expectation of out of standard hours work. </li></ul><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>About you </b></p><p>You will have: </p><ul><li>Strategic communications, brand and social media marketing experience gained from working on medium to large brands.</li><li>Relevant tertiary qualifications.</li><li>Demonstrated high-level skills in writing, editing and proofing.</li><li>Excellent organisational abilities with an eye for detail. </li><li>Clear verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service to all organisational levels.</li><li>A commitment and dedication to the role, with a strong work ethic and the willingness to uphold the excellent standard of the team and College. </li></ul><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Why work at Pymble? </b></p><ul><li>Be in a position to create a positive impact on the wellbeing of young people </li><li>Meaningful staff rewards and recognition program </li><li>The opportunity to work with experienced, professional and supportive staff. </li><li>Work amidst the beautiful school grounds. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p>To learn more about what makes Pymble a great place to work please contact the HR team on 02 9497 7874.
