We are always on the lookout for top talent to help us achieve our strategic goal of inspiring the future, through quality catholic schooling and by strengthening the professional lives of our employees.</p> <p>Applications are invited from outstanding educational leaders to apply for the position of Leading Teacher (2 point coordinator) for the Student Services Inclusive Learning Team.</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>The Student Services Leading Teacher’s primary focus is to work within the Inclusive Learning Team to lead the work in schools around the Personalised Plan for Students with Disability (PPSD) and Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD). The Leading Teacher will also collaborate and consult with leaders and teachers to design and implement Learning, Wellbeing and Inclusion frameworks and interventions to improve learning outcomes for students with disability.</p> <ul> <li>Passion to ensure better outcomes for students with disability</li> <li>High level of expertise in leading the PPSD and NCCD processes</li> <li>Case conferencing with all relevant stakeholders to find solutions to the complex needs of students with disability and be able to design the appropriate response, interventions and adjustments for students.</li> <li>Collaborate and consult with teachers and leaders to design and implement Learning, Wellbeing and Inclusion frameworks to improve learning outcomes for students with additional needs.</li> <li>Contribute to the development and implementation of Student Services strategy within schools to develop whole school processes to improve student outcomes.</li> <li>Mentor and collaborate with teachers to enable professional learning and develop capability to execute effective learning interventions.</li> <li>Work systematically to conduct risk assessment and management plans.</li> <li>Collaborate with school teams to promote partnerships with parents, carers and community.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p>To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</li> <li>Appropriate demonstrated experience</li> </ul> <p>We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
