The Dean of Studies plays a key role in the academic program of Roseville College, responsible for leading a learning environment which upholds and complies with the academic expectations and standards of the College and external educational authorities.

In this service orientated role, the Dean of Studies will work closely with students and parents to ensure clarity in academic processes as outlined by the College and external educational authorities, including NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and Cambridge International Assessment Education. </p><p>The successful applicant will have: </p><ul><li>Appropriate education and subject matter qualifications </li><li>Experiences in leading people and change </li><li>A strong focus on teamwork and continual improvement </li><li>Proven ability to build and sustain relationships and instil trust </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail </li><li>A strong work ethic, the ability to manage difficult situations and to work well under pressure </li><li>A high degree of flexibility and motivation for the role </li><li>A willingness to be involved in the broader life of the College </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to Christian values. </li></ul><p>Roseville College is a child safe institution.
