We provide diverse learning and wellbeing experiences and aim to re-engage young people who are looking to access a different way of learning. Staff and young people come together on ‘Common Ground’ where everyone has a voice in making decisions and establishing working agreements to foster a positive environment where young people can achieve positive educational and wellbeing outcomes.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>About the Opportunity</b></p><p>We’re looking for a qualified Teacher, who is primary or secondary trained to join our team in a full-time capacity. Reporting to the Head of Campus and the Network Principal, you will be responsible for implementing teaching strategies that cater to the needs of secondary-aged students who have disengaged from mainstream education. Students may have Language, Literacy and Numeracy difficulties, and teachers must respond creatively and empathetically to student needs.</p><p><br /></p><p>This role required a dedicated, enthusiastic professional who has experience working with disenfranchised young people. The role will vary day-to-day to reflect the diverse needs of the young people we support.
