<p>Luther College is a co-educational secondary school of 1170 students in Croydon Hills. At Luther we believe in providing our students with learning that really matters to them and to their future. </p><p> </p><p>Luther College seeks the services of a highly motivated and experienced educational leader to be responsible for the realisation of our strategic priorities through the development, leadership and provision of an innovative, dynamic and progressive curriculum design that enables personalised learning and empowers the learner. The learning program will ensure that students are equipped to become successful life-long learners and global contributors. The Director of Learning reports directly to the Principal.<br /></p><p>The successful candidate will have proven educational and leadership skills, an alignment with the College mission and values and a commitment to leading a culture of excellence and continual improvement through working collaboratively with colleagues.
