Whilst maintaining a culture of respect and opportunity throughout all areas of the organisation.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>About the Opportunity</b></p><p>Ohana Early Learning currently has an opportunity for Multiple Early Childhood Teachers to join their well-resourced team in Grafton, NSW. The roles are full-time, permanent basis.</p><p><br /></p><p>Reporting to the Centre Manager, you&#39;ll provide high-quality early childhood education and care for children and work across all age groups. Ohana Early Learning utilises the Walker Learning pedagogy, encouraging inquiry-based learning for children and promoting skills for life and curriculum skills within the context of individual interests.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Core duties:</b></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Provide a consistent, nurturing, caring, happy, secure, creative and active environment for all children at Ohana Early Learning;</li><li>Adapt your approach to the individual needs of each child, taking into account any cultural, socio-economic, or other differences, treating each child with dignity and respect;</li><li>Work with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of our centres; and</li><li>Develop strong relationships with children and relationships that support and partner with families and the community.</li></ul><p><b>About You</b></p><p>To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and or Primary). All levels of teaching experience are welcome to apply as Ohana is happy to support your professional development and offers extensive ongoing training.</p><p><br /></p><p>You must be able to communicate positively and effectively with children and their families, delivering stimulating educational programs based on the needs and interests of the children in your care.</p><p><br /></p><p>Computer literacy and an interest in utilising technology as a teaching tool are essential at Ohana Early Learning.</p><p><br /></p><p>Most importantly, you will be a caring, positive, and nurturing individual passionate about the growth and development of young children.</p><p><br /></p><p>Note: You will be required to complete a Working with Children and Police Check before commencing employment, hold a current Australian driver&#39;s licence and hold an Identify &amp; Respond to Children &amp; Young People at Risk course.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>About the Benefits</b></p><p>In return for your hard work and dedication, the successful candidate will receive an attractive remuneration package plus additional benefits, including discounted childcare and the potential for relocation assistance for the right candidate.
