More specifically you will:</p> <p>- apply your extensive pedagogical knowledge and understanding of how the identified subject areas are learned, what affects students’ opportunities to learn the subject matter and how the learning and teaching of the subject matter can be enhanced.</p> <p>- differentiate learning to cater for individual student needs in order to maximise student learning.</p> <p>- utilise your sound understanding of the learning environments, lesson plans, use of technology, teaching practices and delivery of assessment and learning feedback to shape and mentor student's learning experiences.</p> <p>- work creatively and constructively within a range of 'communities' inside and beyond the school and set high, achievable goals for themselves and their students.</p> <p><strong>Selection criteria:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of CEDP along with:</p> <p>- an ability to teach detailed intervention program</p> <p>- an ability to teach R3 program, Reading Support and Minimum Standards Report</p> <p>- an ability to work with small literacy groups</p> <p>- experience teaching Years 7-12 English</p> <p>- an ability to motivate students to achieve and to develop a life-long love of learning.</p> <p><strong><a href="https://ceo-web.parra.catholic.edu.au/ceoweb/login.htm;jsessionid=FE73FBDC0808E57D5E3263D78EEB6D26">The Organisation</a></strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
