<p><b>PRINCIPAL</b></p><p>The Principal will be responsible for the operations of Emerald Christian College, as well as the oversight of other associated enterprises; A Special Assistance School and Kindy/Daycare.</p><p>Emerald Christian College is a P-12 School of 225 students located in the Central Highlands of Central Queensland, a 90 minute flight from Brisbane.  The added enterprises attract an additional 80 students.</p><p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons.  The successful applicant will report to the Board and will have:</p><ul><li>Suitable qualifications;</li><li>Strong Educational Leadership skills;</li><li>High leves of organisational and staff management skills;</li><li>Strategic thinking;</li><li>Excellent pastoral skills;</li><li>Passionate commitment to Christian Education; and</li><li>Well developed communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p>The successful applicant must be a committed Christian who can attest to the College Statement of Faith and be an active member of their Sponsor church.</p><p><b>Applications close 25 June 2021</b></p>
