</b></h4><p>DOSCEL is seeking an Education Officer: Learning Adjustment Behaviour / Academic who is passionate about improving the measurable outcomes of students in order to give back to the community.
</p><p>Reporting to the Director of Catholic Education/Chief Executive Officer, through the Deputy Director: Catholic Identity, Leadership, Learning and Teaching (CILLT), and Manager: Learning and Teaching, as the Education Officer: Learning Adjustment Behaviour / Academic, you will contribute to improving the measurable outcomes of students in all schools in the Diocese of Sale through building the capacity of leaders and teachers for expert instructional leader and teacher practice.
</p><h4><b>About You
</b></h4><p>As the Education Officer: Learning Adjustment Behaviour / Academic, you will demonstrate the key selection criteria outlined in the Position Description, including but not limited to:
</p><p> • A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic education.
</p><p> • A commitment to and understanding of child protection and child safety issues in schools.
</p><p> • Expert knowledge in the area of positive behaviour support.
</p><p> • Advanced skills in the development and application of innovative learning and teaching strategies.
</p><p> • The ability to facilitate professional learning that supports teachers to accelerate growth in student learning.
</p><p> • A highly developed capacity to work with leadership to support schools to identify and address areas of improvement in positive behaviour support.
</p><p> • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
