Permanent full-time position commencing immediately. This position leads the development and implementation of the Service Learning Program at Radford College. Working in a supportive organisation with access to on-site Teacher Mentor, EAP program, gym facilities and group fitness classes.

<p><b>The opportunity </b></p><p>Suitably experienced and qualified applicants are invited to apply for this permanent full-time Director of Service Learning position, commencing as soon as possible. This position leads the development and implementation of the Service Learning Program at Radford College. The Director of Service Learning position is 0.6 FTE with the remaining 0.4 FTE allocated to a teaching load. </p><p><b>About the role </b></p><p>The Radford College Service Learning program is a powerful means of fostering a belief within students they can be active and informed citizens, capable of making changes in their own lives as well as the lives of others. The Director of Service Learning has the opportunity to work with young people and engage them in making the connection between service, their own learning objectives and their roles as citizens. You are a confident self-starter who enjoys building relationships with multiple stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation. You possess excellent communication skills, have a strong customer-service focus, and can be relied upon to work autonomously.
