We are passionate about mathematics and focused on giving all students the confidence to grow and develop their mathematical abilities. </p><p><b>Temporary full-time contract position commencing on 12 July 2021 and concluding 10 December 2021 (Term 3 and Term 4 2021) </b></p><p>We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Secondary Mathematics Teacher to cover an approved period of leave for one of our amazing permanent teachers. You will match them in your talent for engaging students to think mathematically through questioning, communicating, reasoning and reflecting. You will be adept at fostering students ability to find connections and understand complex mathematical concepts at a level that every student can grasp, irrespective of ability. </p><p>You will be committed to the achievement of excellence as a classroom teacher; a strong collaborator; and, confident in effective pedagogy and classroom management.
