<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About Aspect Adult Employment Services: </strong>At Aspect our employment services are specifically designed to support autistic job seekers to develop the key skills to find and maintain long-term, meaningful employment. We offer extensive assistance with recruitment, job seeking, interview support, mentoring, and training, both for employers and participants, through a team of dedicated Mentors.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About this role:</strong> You will be responsible for supporting and leading the implementation of the Aspect Employment program, including collaborating to develop new and existing employment services, in a rapidly expanding area. You will work in close collaboration with the National Employment Coordinator, under the leadership of the State Manager for NSW, to drive improvement and growth of the service, whilst building relationships between Aspect and potential employers. <a href="https://applynow.net.au/jobs/ASPECT1318/assets/15751845">Click here to view the Position Profile.</a></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of current and proposed initiatives</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage and develop relationships with Participants and stakeholders</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain comprehensive project planning documentation, including communication and delivery materials</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills, experience and qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Relevant certificate, diploma or degree or substantial years of relevant project experience in the area of disability services and/or employment services. Specific experience with autism and/or disability employment services will be highly valued.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven working experience in project design and implementation</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to develop, facilitate, promote and evaluate projects</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to build rapport and relationships with various stakeholders</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent Participant/staff-facing and internal communication skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to organise and coordinate events</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Good communication skills, both written and oral, including report writing skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong administrative and organisational skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to coach staff to implement empowering practice to increase independence and achieve personal outcomes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Driver’s Licence valid in Australia and use of own vehicle for business purposes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance for paid employment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Current NSW Working With Children Check for paid employment </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Completion of the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ is required. <a href="https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/workers/support-for-workers/training-course">If you have not already completed the module, click here to access it.</a> You may also be required to provide an International Police Check.</span></p>
