<p>Senior HR opportunities are few and far between in Wagga Wagga. </p><p>You are someone who has a genuine interest in the development of their team and there is no better feeling than watching people succeed and grow in their roles. </p><p>Having a cohesive HR/Payroll team that is underpinned by a true leader can have a monumental impact on an organisation and their culture. </p><p>With new leadership in place within Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga, the organisation is evolving and now upgrading their systems and procedures and would encourage you to share your knowledge and expertise in not only brainstorming but implementing new concepts. </p><p> This is truly a multi-faceted role that offers the opportunity to expand and build upon your leadership skills, as well as liaising with a broad network of stakeholders and senior leaders of the organisation. </p><p>With seven direct reports, you’ll be a collaborative leader who encourages and fosters the team to think outside the box as well as uniting them together to ensure they are all moving towards the common goal of the organisation. </p><p>Although this role will be spread across overseeing the payroll and HR functions, you’ll bring a &#39;hands on&#39; professional approach and be keen to work at all levels, from undertaking end to end payroll duties to contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. </p><p>The first six months will see you identifying issues and improving payroll systems along with implementing process improvement and automation. </p><p>The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or minimum five years’ working experience (It wouldn&#39;t hurt if you had Finance or Payroll experience either - not asking too much are we). </p><p>In addition, you will receive a generous salary package commensurate with the responsibilities of the role along with a 35-hour work week. </p><p>No up-to-date CV and keen to hear more?
