<p>This is the holy grail when it comes to internal recruitment. </p><p>It’s not every day you come across an opportunity where you can make a significant impact on the way an organisation recruit staff. </p><p>Ok, I know you’re itching to find out more! </p><p>If you have a background with high volume recruitment and understand the meaning of busy, excellent! We are working with Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga who employ over 1300 staff across 30 schools in the Riverina/Murray region, so there will be periods of the year where recruitment will take priority. </p><p>You’ll be responsible for the coordination and oversight of any recruitment activities. Whether that be sourcing or advertising, shortlisting, organising interviews, conducting reference checks and obviously we don’t want to leave out the best part of your role, being the calls, you’ll make to successful candidates. </p><p>As this is a newly created role in the organisation, you’ll be heavily involved in the development of processes, procedures and documentation, including the roll out of utilising their e-recruitment platform which means you’ll be creating a consistent approach across the organisation. </p><p>You’ll be the first point of call for the interpretation and implementation of the staff guidelines where you’ll understand staffing structures against the industrial framework and have the nous to liaise and support schools around this. </p><p>Not only will you be building relationships with schools within the diocese, you’ll be creating affiliations with other organisations to gain more understanding around their recruitment departments/process as well as developing formal partnerships with local agencies. </p><p>Sitting alongside a team of HR legends who all love to come together over a cuppa in the mornings and to top it all off you’ll have a sense of pride, knowing that every person you recruit will have a positive impact on the entire organisation. </p><p>Ideally you will have HR qualifications, however what we are after is someone who has a recruitment background who knows the game inside and out. </p><p>This is a role where you can truly make it your own.
