Applications are invited for the position of WHS & Operations Manager. The role is full-time and reports to the Business Manager. Key responsibilities includes WHS compliance, risk management compliance and facility management.

<p>The Central Coast Steiner School is located at Fountaindale on the Central Coast of NSW. CCSS is an independent, co-educational school offering a contemporary educational pathway from Early Kindergarten to Year 10. </p><p> </p><p>The School currently has circa 305 students and is enjoying steady growth.<br /></p><p>Applications are invited for the position of WHS &amp; Operations Manager.<br /></p><p>The role is full-time and reports to the Business Manager.<br /></p><p>Key responsibilities includes WHS compliance, risk management compliance and facility management. <br /></p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate:<br /></p><p>• Suitable qualifications and relevant experience<br />• Experience and/or training in risk management <br />• Ability to manage school premises and operations to a very high safety standard<br />• Project management experience<br />• Excellent staff management skills<br />• Ability to develop and implement policies and operational guidelines<br />• Strong financial management skills<br />• Exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills<br />• Strong IT skills<br />• Reliability and attention to detail</p><p>Experience in the school sector is highly desirable.<br /></p><p>Information packs are available from: employment&#64;ccrss.nsw.edu.au<br /></p><p><b>Applications are required by 5:00pm, Monday, 7 June 2021. </b><br /></p><p><b>Applications should be sent electronically to employment&#64;ccrss.nsw.edu.au </b></p>
