<p>Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) is a dynamic educational governing authority and service provider to Catholic primary, secondary and special schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. More than 550 staff work across the head office in East Melbourne and four regional offices in the North, East, South and West. MACS provides services to schools in areas as diverse as Curriculum, RE, Leadership, Finance, ICT, Marketing and Communications, Student Wellbeing, Legal, Planning and Industrial Relations. MACS is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> <br> Suitably qualified applicants are invited to apply for this position of Administrative Assistant, located at our Southern Regional Office in Moorabbin. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, Southern Region, this position provides administrative assistance, office management and reception services to staff in the Regional office.<br> <br> Salary for this position is in accordance with the Victoria Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement (VCEMEA) 2018 (Clerical Employee Level 2/3 to Level 2/7 - $63,351 - $71,743 per annum). Superannuation contribution in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee Legislation is in addition to this salary payment.<br> <br> This is a full-time, fixed term role until the end of December 2021.<br> <br> <strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL</strong><br> <br> The successful applicant will have previous experience working in an administrative role with the ability to prepare correspondence, briefing papers, presentations and spreadsheets. You will have excellent organisational skills, interpersonal skills and strong ICT skills including demonstrated experience using digital tools and online meeting platforms.
