<p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Full-time, fixed term contract position until August 2023</strong></li> <li><strong>Located in East Melbourne</strong></li> <li><strong>Generous salary and excellent working conditions on offer</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> As a member of the Infrastructure Services and Capital Delivery team, the Capital Delivery Officer, will demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Catholic education and a capacity to realise that mission in the context of the MACS Strategic Plan which promotes strong, shared leadership and a culture of creativity and innovative practice.<br> <br> The Capital Delivery Officer will:<br> </p> <ol> <li>Administer the Victorian Government Capital Funding Program for Non-Government Schools 2019-20 to 2022-23 (VGCFP2019-23) Capital Funding Programs in accordance with the Funding Framework Agreement and Operational Guidelines.</li> <li>Assist schools to implement capital projects against quality, time and cost parameters.</li> <li>Assist individual schools to meet future enrolment demands with facilities that are safe, compliant and flexible.</li> </ol> <p><strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL</strong><br> <br> The successful candidate must have<br> </p> <ol> <li>Tertiary qualifications relevant to school infrastructure, project management, architecture or asset management.</li> <li>High level reporting and project management skills.</li> <li>Current Driver's Licence.</li> </ol> <p>The successful applicant will also be subject to a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check<em>.</em><br> <br> <strong>SELECTION CRITERIA</strong><br> Please refer to the relevant position description <a href="">attached</a> for the Key Selection Criteria.<br> <br> <strong>WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?</strong><br> </p> <ul> <li>Generous salary and conditions</li> <li>professional development opportunities</li> <li>work/Life balance</li> <li>the opportunity for flexible working arrangements</li> <li>enhancing the education of more than 150,000 students.</li> </ul> <p>Apply for this position through our <a href="">Careers Portal</a>.
