Specialist school for Gifted students seeks a Business Manager.

<p>The Business Manager is accountable to the Principal or Delegate for the provision of efficient and effective business management for the school, including contributing to positive educational and wellbeing outcomes for students and the reputation of the school. </p><p>Key requirements of the role include: </p><p>• Leading the day-to-day operations of the Finance team, </p><p>• Provision of timely and accurate financial reports to facilitate and inform effective decision making across the organisation, </p><p>• Support the Principal and Board in the operations of the expanding school, </p><p>• Financial policy development, implementation and review, </p><p>• Ensuring the School&#39;s compliance with relevant Legislation and Regulations and Australian Accounting Standards, </p><p>• Supporting Communications Officer with grants. </p><p>Experience in Independent School accounting and PCSchool accounting software will be highly regarded but is not essential for this role. Some out of hours work will be required for the role, which will be managed in accordance with the flexible working arrangements provided for in the School&#39;s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.</p>
