The College is committed to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.<br> <br>The College is seeking a permanent Director of Pastoral Care to support the mission, vision and values of the College commencing 12 July 2021 (Term 3, 2021). This position reports directly to the Deputy Principal and is a member of the College Leadership Team.<br> <br> Applications are welcome from highly experienced educational leaders to join an energetic team dedicated to engaging and supporting all students through contemporary Pastoral Care and related student academic learning and development. Through contemporary staffing systems and practice the Director of Pastoral Care ensures effective pastoral care for students and staff within the College community.<br> <br> The successful candidate will have:<br> <br> · Appropriate post-graduate tertiary qualifications and accreditation to teach in NSW<br> <br> · Substantial experience within student wellbeing and related strategies<br> <br> · Substantial communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills<br> <br> · Substantial change and stakeholder management skills<br> <br> · Substantial organisational and project and program management skills<br> <br> · Substantial experience within Pastoral Care within the independent education sector<br> <br> · Capacity to ensure currency of Pastoral Care policies, procedures &amp; resources supporting students &amp; staff<br> <br> If your application is accepted for the next stage, you will be forwarded the College Strategic Vision document and invited to attend an interview.</p>
