<p><b>Commencing Term 3, 2021 </b></p><p>Penrith Christian School is a well established and vibrant Christian community, providing an exciting and innovative learning environment for over 800 students including an Early Learning Centre at Orchard Hills. </p><p>This exciting new position overseeing Learning and Curriculum for students in Years 3-6 has come about due to new directions and a new structure in 2021. We are inviting applications from committed Christians, active in their local church, to join our team in Term 3, 2021. This position will report to the Head of Learning and Teaching, and work collaboratively with teachers in Years 3-6 to lead a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence. Responsibilities include identifying and leading professional development opportunities for staff, fostering evidence-based learning and assessment strategies, instructional leadership, stakeholder management, in addition to design, implementation, evaluation and compliance of curriculum. Remuneration for the successful candidate will be at a Position of Responsibility Level 2.
